To compute your order total:

Shipping charges: $5 for orders under $60.
$9 for orders between $61 and $110.
$12 for orders between $111 and $200. These charges apply for customers in continental U.S.A.only. Alaska, Hawaii or out of country orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Please call or email us for shipping charges and information on larger orders.

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Please give a full street address since UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box..

Maine residents, please include 5.5% sales tax.

All orders: Please give us your telephone number so that we may contact you if we have any questions or need to inform you of any delays.

Orders will usually be shipped within two weeks when inventory is available. We will always attempt to notify you of any delays.

Custom orders: We can cast names or special lettering on certain bells (B7, B26 & B29). It is best to call us to discuss these or other special requests.

Catalog: we have only shown some of our designs on this web site. If you would like to see all of our production work, please e-mail or call for our catalog.

Product information: All bells and hardware are cast bronze and are intended for outdoor use. They will not rust, but after several months they will acquire an antique patina similar to that seen in the photo of the 5" Door Bell. Areas that were originally polished bright can be restored if desired with brass polish.

Brass wood screws are included with all mounting brackets and coat hooks.

The African mahogany wood used on the wind bells has been treated with linseed oil at our shop. Occasionally renewing this oil will help to retain the color of the wood. This wood weathers very well, however, and will simply turn gray if left alone. We will replace any pieces that crack or break from normal use.

Customer satisfaction is assured with all of our work.
If any bell or product ever fails through reasonable use, we will offer repair, replacement or whatever is necessary to correct the problem.
